Arts Centre Melbourne is Australia's largest performing arts venue. Guides will take you on tours of the Australian Music Vault, Research Centre and Archives Store.

The Australian Music Vault is an exhibition showcasing Australian music, digital participatory experiences and iconic objects from the Australian Performing Arts Collection.

The Research Centre provides access to the Australian Performing Arts Collection and reference library for study into performing arts history. This is a valuable resource for academics, students, historians, genealogists, authors, documentary makers, designers, performers and other arts practitioners.

The Archives Store houses the Australian Performing Arts Collection (APAC), which is dedicated to the collection, preservation and interpretation of Australia’s circus, dance, music, opera and theatre heritage.

Meet at the at Hamer Hall foyer (right hand side) at 6:00pm.  Tours commence at 6.15pm

Dinner will be available after the tour at The Barre in Arts Centre theatre building (spire). Order and purchase your own food & drinks at a 10% discount.  Please advise if you will be staying.

Attending the site visit will earn 10 PD points.
