This perennially popular event on the PHA (Vic) calendar offers members an opportunity to discuss achievements, issues, milestones and problems associated with our work as historians.

This year, for something a little bit different, we will begin the evening with a short film festival. Members are invited to send in audio or video clips of their digital work, for screening in the Long Play cinema. We will follow the screening with nibbles and drinks, a chance to discover what projects your colleagues have been tackling in 2017 and to share your own achievements.

When: Monday 20 November, 6pm arrival for a 6:30pm screening time

Where: LongPlay, 318 St Georges Rd, North Fitzroy, 3068

Cost: $20 (includes finger food, drinks will be available at bar prices)

Once you have registered, you will be prompted to send in an audio or audiovisual clip of your digital work, so that we can add this to the screening. Please also let us know of any dietary requirements, as finger food will be provided.

PHA (Vic & Tas) acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the many Countries on which we practise and their continuing connection to land, culture and community. We pay respects to Elders past and present and to the generations who have held and passed on the stories and knowledge of the lands, waters and people. We support the ongoing truth-telling processes in Victoria and Tasmania.
