Join us for an online workshop on new ways of thinking about finding funding!

There is a whole world of funding out there, but it can be hard to work out how it might apply to your work. This workshop is intended to help you to think about different sources of funding. By the end, you should have a few new ideas about funding possibilities that you can explore, as well as ways of thinking creatively about how to look for grants.

This workshop builds on this blog post, Think Like a Kindergarten, by Jonathan O’Donnell, on the Research Whisperer blog, 17 July 2012.

DATE: Friday 1st May

TIME: 12.30pm to 2pm

VENUE: Online. Register to be sent the Zoom link.

About the Presenter

Jonathan O’Donnell has spent his career helping academics find funding for their research. He specialises in new and interesting ways to fund people who may not have access to standard funding. For example, in the past, he has worked on projects for digital encyclopaedias, when they were new and shiny.
